I believe that the best tool we have to instill this as a value in our children is to demonstrate the behaviors we want to see in our children. We educate as we demonstrate. We lead by example. As parents, my husband and I haven’t always done this perfectly. During the training years, and while we’ve had tiny kids, we’ve been the recipients of a lot of giving. But it’s our turn to give back now. I’m sharing many of the ways we’re giving this year. I’m sharing many causes we support and have supported in the past.
